In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter "RODO"), we inform you that:

  1. I. The administrator of your personal data is Law firm of legal advisers and attorneys Jacek Jerzemowski with its registered office in Gdańsk, 523 Grunwaldzka Ave, NIP: 701-00-10-819, (hereinafter: "Administrator" or "Law Firm");

  3. The Administrator will process your data solely for the purpose of:

  1. to conclude and perform a legal services contract or a contract for the provision of services to which the client or contractor to whom the data relates is a party, or to take action at the client's request prior to the conclusion of the contract, the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO;

  2. to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, including obligations under the Accounting Act – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO;

  3. asserting claims or defending against asserted claims, related to the performance of a contract – the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing to fulfill the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which is to ensure the possibility of asserting and defending against claims, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO;

  1. Personal data will be processed until the completion of the performance of the contract and for the required archiving period, i.e. until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims arising from the performance of the contract. Data processed on the basis of consent given will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

  2. Your personal data may be transferred exclusively to:

  1. authorized employees and associates of the Law Firm who are entrusted in writing with the processing of personal data and who are responsible for violations of the processing rules,

  2. entities that process personal data on behalf of the Administrator, i.e. IT service providers or cooperating partners, law firms, notary offices, accounting service companies, whereby these entities will process data on the basis of a contract with the Administrator;

  3. public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes that result from the provisions of generally applicable law,

VI. In accordance with the RODO, you have the right to:

  1. access to your personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of such data;

  2. demand rectification (amendment) of personal data – in case the data is incorrect or incomplete;

  3. to demand erasure of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten),

  4. request for restriction of processing of personal data;

  5. object to the processing of data;

  6. to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority competent in matters of personal data protection;

  7. revoke consent to data processing, only if the processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO. Such revocation shall not affect the compliance of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its revocation, with the applicable law.

  1. Provision of data is voluntary in the case of data processing on the basis of the consent of the data subject, and mandatory when the premise of data processing is a contract concluded between the parties or a provision of law. The Administrator informs that refusal to provide personal data may make it difficult or impossible to perform the provisions of the contract.

  2. The Administrator does not make decisions by automated means and your data is not profiled. The Administrator does not transfer your personal data to a third country/international organization.
