Agnieszka Soroka-Szeffer

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. Since 2014 she has been a member of the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdansk. Within her professional development in 2020 she graduated from the Post-Graduate Studies in the field of legal and economic aspects of the investment process in the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). She gained her experience in recognized law firms in Poland.

She has extensive experience in the commercial law, construction law and public procurements. Furthermore, she works perfectly at conducting court disputes, development of court strategy. Within her professional career she took part in international arbitrage procedures (among others, a dispute conducted before the International Court of Arbitration – International Chamber of Commerce ‘ICC’).

She represented clients in the proceedings referring to public procurements.

She gained her experience by rendering legal services in favor of many corporate clients representing, among others, property development industry and road construction sector, construction industry and shipbuilding sector. In addition, she has also served individual clients seeking her legal assistance.

She has been cooperating with Jacek Jerzemowski Law Firm since 2019.
